In 2019, however, Scooter Brown, manager of Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande and many others, bought the Big Machine Records label. It was on this label that Taylor Swift hot began her career and released her first six albums, including Red. By buying the label, Brown automatically acquired the rights to the original recordings of all the songs Taylor had created while she worked for Big Machine Records.
Alyson Caffrey is the founder of Operations Agency and co-creator of the Operations Simplified™ Framework. She's commonly referred to as ‘The Wolf' among our clients because she just gets shit done. Alyson is best known for helping streamline the back-end ops for a multitude of brands, but mostly digital and creative agencies.
As a fractional COO for many high-growth businesses, Alyson fell in love with the results that clear ops bring to a service business. She and the team at Operations Agency are determined to help businesses thrive profitably, serve more clients and create high-performing teams. Alyson is mom to two young sons under three years old (yea, it's crazy) and enjoys spending her time at home with her growing family.
Lauren Cottam
Lead Operator “The Glue”
Lauren is a native of Franklin, Tennessee. After earning a degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, she began her career in the promotional products industry in sales and office management. She was soon led to Nashville where she worked in both the events and insurance industries. Her varied experience has ultimately revealed her passion for helping others and serving as a guide and cheerleader as their goals are reached. She is the proud mom of two rambunctious boys, Carson (7) and Cannon (5). When not spending time with her family, Lauren enjoys working out, being on the lake, traveling, and cake decorating.
Debbie Oliver
Onboarding Specialist
Debbie was born and raised in California, but currently lives in Colorado with a front window view of the Rocky Mountains. She has an Associate’s Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is passionate about helping others bring their dreams to life.
She has owned several businesses and has also worked in the government sector, but she has chosen to specialize in the virtual workspace since 2013.
She is an avid reader, a published author, and a professional baker. Debbie is the proud Mama of 6 children and has a love of all things coffee, flowers, and Pioneer Woman.
Christian Lopez
Content Manager
Meet Christian, a San Diego, California native currently based in Honolulu, Hawaii. After earning his degree in Business Entrepreneurship at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, he went on to further his education in Project Management at the International College of Seville. Upon returning to the states, Christian applied his tenacity, creativity, and sense of humor to good use within the cannabis and events industries.
With a keen eye for project management and leadership, Christian has been an integral part of several ventures, including helping to launch and manage the gateway to the cannabis culture, EventHi. Along the way, he's discovered a talent for standup comedy and leverages his quick wit and humor to keep teams motivated and engaged. Despite being an avid traveler and living miles away from the mainland, Christian brings his laid-back Southern California vibe to every performance and project.
